Jeedway Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between Jeedway and its users. By using the Jeedway website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read the full document carefully before registering.

Jeedway only operates in countries or regions where online betting is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to confirm that using this service is lawful in your location. Any breach of local laws is solely the user's responsibility.

Using any Jeedway service means you agree to the current terms and any future changes. If any part of the terms is unclear, please contact the Jeedway Help Center.

To open an account with Jeedway, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information — submitting false details is a violation of these terms.
• Only one account may be created per phone number or email address.
• Sharing, lending, or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

After registration, Jeedway may verify your identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This may require you to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Jeedway reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Jeedway supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The key payment terms are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Deposits are usually instant — in the event of network issues, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals typically take between 1 and 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.

Jeedway does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment gateway or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — Jeedway is not responsible for those fees.

If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, Jeedway reserves the right to place it on hold until an investigation is completed. Suspected money laundering or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Jeedway regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. The general bonus rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5–30x).
• Bonuses must be used within a specified timeframe after they are credited — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in account suspension.
• Voucher codes can only be used once and must not be shared with others.

Jeedway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Active bonuses may also be changed if evidence of abuse is found.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Jeedway:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by Jeedway.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, your stake will be refunded in accordance with Jeedway's betting policy.
• The cash-out feature may not be available for all matches or markets.
• Match results are determined by the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body.

Jeedway sets maximum bet limits, which may vary by market and match. If a user is suspected of match manipulation or match-fixing, Jeedway reserves the right to freeze their account pending investigation.

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. Your bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Jeedway immediately.
• If a suspicious login is detected, Jeedway will automatically secure your account.
• Jeedway will never ask for your password via email or phone.

Jeedway uses SSL encryption to keep your personal information and payments fully secure. Your data is never shared with third parties — except where required by investigation or legal obligation.

Jeedway believes betting should be entertainment — not a source of problems. That's why responsible betting is a core part of our platform. Every member has the option to:

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You can set deposit limits on your account.
• You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period (cooling-off).
• You can apply for permanent self-exclusion.

Jeedway may also proactively identify problematic behaviour and alert the member. If a member repeatedly engages in the same high-risk behaviour, Jeedway reserves the right to impose additional restrictions for their own protection.

Jeedway reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.
• Members will be notified by email or SMS of any major or significant changes.
• Continued use of Jeedway after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The date of the last update will be shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page regularly.

Jeedway may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

1. Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Providing false or inaccurate information during registration.
3. Creating multiple accounts.
4. Misuse of the bonus system.
5. Participating in fraud or any illegal activity.
6. Attempting to manipulate the betting system.

Before closing an account, Jeedway will generally notify the user and give them an opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. If you believe an account closure decision is unfair, please contact our support team.
